Product information

General

The first thing you'll surely notice about this 20-inch ride is its unique red coating. It's been applied in a thin layer on this Paiste CuSn8-Bronze (B8-bronze) cymbal, which has been hammered and aligned by hand for a full sound with warm undertones. The coating not only gives this ride a unique look, it also ensures a slightly drier sound and shorter sustain as well as a more responsive attack compared to Paiste's uncoated cymbals. The bell runs smoothly into the bow and delivers a well-defined ping. Thanks to this cymbal's wide tonal range, it's great for any type of music.

Color Sound 900

Paiste introduced the first coloured cymbals back in 1984, around the time when the first music videos were shown on TV. With the Color Sound 900 series, you can add colour to your kit!
