Why buy both a crash and a ride when you can put both functions in one cymbal? Zildjian did it with this crash-ride, from the highly popular K series, which has been around for years. This cymbal is so versatile that both jazz and metal drummers use it. Completely handmade from a special B20 alloy and then traditionally finished.

Zildjian K0810 K 20-inch crash-ride

Like all K-series cymbals, this crash-ride has a relatively low pitch and a predominantly dark timbre. Because of the special hammering techniques, which are performed by hand, the individual ones do not sound exactly the same. The range of overtones is quite complex but the sound is by no means murky. The cymbal top has excellent stick definition and response, making typical ride patterns excellent. The same applies to the cup. Played as a crash, you quickly get to deal with a solid volume. Suitable for advanced and beginners and can be used in various genres.
