The Neumann KM 183 small-diaphragm condenser microphone has an omnidirectional pickup pattern and a frequency response optimised for registering ambient sound. Here, Neumann offer a stereo pair for producing breathtaking, realistic A-B recordings of choirs, orchestras, or large instruments and other multi-instrument ensembles. Think super-low self-noise, enormous headroom, and the ability to pick out every fine detail of quiet, whispered passages.
