What could possibly sound better than an SE8 condenser microphone by SE Electronics? That's right - two SE8 microphones! This small-diaphragm condenser mic boasts a very low self-noise level so low-volume instruments are captured with great accuracy. Louder instruments aren't a problem either thanks to the attenuator that results in a max. SPL of 150 dB. This set of microphones has an enormous dynamic range and come with a stereo bar so you can mount both on one stand. Transport or store the set safely in the included case.

Recently purchased a matched pair of sE8 microphones from Bax Music, at the best price I could find on the internet. Highly delighted with these mics, much better quality build and sound than I had expected at this price. They equally compare in sound quality with some of my much more expensive German built mics. Would recommend these to anyone looking for great quality at an affordable price.

Op maandag 21 oktober heb ik 2 van deze setjes besteld. Helaas liep de bezorging bij DHL wat vertraging op, waardoor ik een week lang in spanning heb moeten wachten. Maandag 28 oktober even met een zeer vriendelijke medewerker van de klantenservice gebeld, en later die dag werd het geduld beloond: DHL op de stoep. Direct uitgepakt en mee aan de slag gegaan en de vele aanbevelingen die ik om mij heen heb ontvangen bleken terecht. Wat een fantastische set! Doet met name live niet onder voor m'n Neumann KM184 set. Absoluut een aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar microfoons voor koren, drum overheads/cymbals, piano/vleugel, strijkers of akoestisch gitaar voor een bizarre prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Een revelatie: geschikt voor vele toepassingen: net met deze set stereo opnames gemaakt van een hakkebord en een vleugelpiano. De kwaliteit doet een veel hogere prijs vermoeden: prijs/kwaliteit is buitengewoon.
