The great thing about the KSM141 is its double pickup pattern. You can set the microphone to cardioid, so that you won't be bothered by feedback, or you can use the omnidirectional mode, allowing you to pick up everything that happens around the microphone! You can base your choice on your recording situation, making this microphone a lot more versatile than most.

The frequency range of the KSM141 is mainly determined by the diaphragm, which is an ultra-thin, 24-Carat, gold-leaf Mylar diaphragm that gives you precisely what you need: great sound quality! The Class A preamps don't distort the signal at all and the high-grade electronic components and gold-leaf connectors ensure that the signal stays interference-free. This way, the microphone transmits sound of the highest quality, allowing you to make perfect recordings!
