The strategically-placed holes, brilliant finish, and relatively large bell of the Sabian 8-inch Aero splash gives it a splendid, clear sound and a trashy flavour that lies between the Air Splash and O-zone cymbals.
Sabian is adding no fewer than 25 new cymbals to its range of products for the coming year. There are new additions to the AA, AAX, XSR, B8X and HHX series, as well as a number of interesting new Artisan Light and Artisan Elite cymbals. The Artisan Elite series will increase the sound possibilities for jazz-oriented drummers in particular.
