General
This reissue of the Volca Bass will remind many musicians of others bass synths from days gone by. Just like the microKORG, however, this tabletop synthesizer has a number of impressive features. All vital filter and modulation controls are prominently present, allowing for excellent live tweaking. The Volca Bass has a strip of detailed parameters located at the bottom, so complicated submenus are no longer necessary.
3 oscillators
The Korg Volca Bass has an integrated step mode and due to the MIDI input, bass lines can be played with an external controller. After that, it is up to you to create intense bass tones with the synth. Its 3 analogue oscillators enable you to program the most impressive sounds. You decide how far you want to push the envelope. An analogue filter with a modern design provides a crystal clear response.
Trio sync
One of the most distinctive features of Korg's Volca series is the option to connect the three tabletop models to each other. The Volca Bass, the Volca Keys and the Volca Beats can all be linked, creating a tight, almost modular sound chain with perfectly attuned beats, oscillators and pace. The Volca Bass is lightweight and great for live purposes. It is powered by means of a 9-Volt adapter input. A LED display and a headphone output make for the finishing touch.

Leuke aanvulling als je van de 303 geluiden houdt heerlijke aanvulling op mijn andere 303 clonen klinkt prima onder elkaar. Had de Volca als B stock gekocht behoorlijk laag geprijst (109 euro). Koop wel vaker B stock spullen bij Bax had ook een Roland mc707 voor een lagen prijs ruim 140 goedkoper dan de prijs van nu. Steeds weer als ik ze uitpakt ziet alles er als nieuw eruit en das mooi meegenomen. Verpakking zie je wat stickers en wat beschadigingen maar ja het is maar verpakking. Zeer goede service en een aanrader om voor een B stock te gaan scheelt gewoon weer geld. Wat je bespaart kan je weer aan wat anders uitgeven.

zoals verwacht echt goed klinkend,geen ruisbak maar gewoon goed te gebruiken in de daw om even hands on wat acid loopjes neer te zetten omdat ik van die dagen heb dat ik even helemaal geen zin heb om een software vst synth te gebruiken,kan ook industrial klinken eveneens echt voor vele genres

Echt een super leuk apparaatje. erg complex maar toch erg simpel. komt ook mooi geluid uit.
ik was helemaal verliefd totdat ik hem probeerde aan te sluiten met een midikabel. hij kon totaal niet synchroniseren met mn interne klok en kon ik het geluid niet vlekkeloos opnemen. aan de sequencer had ik dus vrijwel niks. daarom heb ik hem nu ingeruild voor een behringer td-3.

Dit product is mij aanbevolen door de klantenservice van Bax nadat er een andere synthesizer (Behringer TD-3-SR) niet meer op voorraad was. Met name de service en de berichtgeving van bax nadat dit product niet meer op voorraad was ik zeer te spreken over. Het alternatief dat mij aangeboden is (Korg Volca Bass synthesizer) bevalt erg goed. De mogelijkheden met deze syntheziser zijn eindeloos en je kunt er makkelijk mee aan de slag gaan.
