This quality system pairs a rack-mountable BLX4R receiver up with a BLX2 transmitter fitted with a Beta 58A microphone capsule. Easy to work with, this systems features the Shure QuickScan function, which automatically selects the right frequency, ensuring an optimal connection at all times.

The Shure BLX2 & Beta 58A

The Shure BLX2 transmitter has an impressive maximum range of 90 metres and is powered by two AA batteries for up to fourteen hours of performance, so you'll never be left hanging mid-show. Thanks to the heavy-duty plastic housing, the transmitter is both highly durable and lightweight at the same time, and since it comes pre-fitted the Beta 58A capsule, you're getting the clarity of a super-cardioid pickup pattern and a wide frequency range, completing an industry-standard microphone that's used on professional stages around the world.

The Shure BLX4R Receiver

The Shure BLX4R receiver forms the core of this system and features two powerful antennas and a large LCD screen that displays both the audio and transmitter status. At the push of a button, Shure's QuickScan function automatically selects the best possible channel, resulting in consistently clear and interference-free transmission. Once paired with the microphone transmitter, simply connect the receiver to a mixer using an XLR or a jack cable, and since it even comes bundled up with rackware, it can be neatly mounted in any standard 19 inch rack.
