The Electro-Voice ELX200-15P offers wireless control, professional sound quality and QuickSmart DSP all in a light and compact box that would have many a DJ/musician jumping up with joy. The power-efficient class-D amplifier on the inside delivers up to 1200 Watts of power and an interference-free sound signal at max. SPL and due to its weight, such sonic violence is no biggie for this speaker. What's also interesting about the ELX200-15P, is that it can be controlled wirelessly via the QuickSmart smartphone application. Use Bluetooth to connect your device to the ELX200 and adjust DSP settings such as sound presents, 3-band EQ, custom presets, crossovers, level control, master volume, etc. over the air!

Deze Electro-Voice ELX200-15P luidspreker is ideaal voor grotere events. Wat ik er zo goed aan vind is dat je hem kan besturen via de bijbehorende app, via Bluetooth-verbinding. Hij is licht van gewicht en qua afmetingen zeker doenbaar om comfortabel te transporteren of te dragen. De speaker is stevig gebouwd wat maakt dat hij bij een fuif of concert zeker wel tegen wat kan (al is het zelfs maar tijdens het opbouwen). Hij kan zowel in openlucht als in gesloten ruimtes gebruikt worden en bewijst zo nog maar eens zijn veelzijdigheid in gebruik.
Naast de ergonomische aspecten moet natuurlijk ook gezegd zijn dat de geluidskwaliteit super is. De luidspreker is ook makkelijk in gebruik en is daarom heel toegankelijk voor verschillende gebruikers.

Dit zijn heel goede hoofdspeakers. Of je ze nu met of zonder subwoofer gebruikt, ze klinken sowieso al heel erg goed. Ik gebruik ze altijd op een statief en doordat ze niet veel wegen kan ik ze gemakkelijk zelf monteren. Het is enorm handig dat je ze vanaf je iphone kan bedienen, ik zou niet meer zonder kunnen. Je kan de modus, de locatie en de EQ aanpassen via je gsm. Dat is vooral handig wanneer je verschillende genres speelt. Dan kan je eerst de eerste instelling gebruiken en dan bij het volgende liedje kan je onmiddellijk de juiste tweede instelling activeren zonder dat je aan de speaker zelf moet prutsen. Zeer goed systeem!

Deze speakers stelt je niet teleur met een sterk en kwalitatief geluid over de hele range. De bas is op zich al redelijk sterk en kan indien nodig nog aangevuld worden met een subwoofer. Het ingebouwde digitale controlepaneel met blauw licht maakt het makkelijk om de speaker te bedienen. Daarnaast kan je de speaker ook bedienen via bluetooth met je gsm. Hierdoor kan je aanpassingen maken terwijl je door de ruimte loopt zonder dat je heel de tijd heen en weer moet lopen. De connectie met de gsm loopt vlot en is intuïtief. Voor zij die de speaker vaak zouden verplaatsen is deze speaker uitermate geschikt. Hij is licht en past makkelijk in een auto.

Ik heb deze speaker gekocht om te gebruiken tijdens oefensessies van mijn bandje. Hoewel het strikt gezien geen gitaarversterker is, klinkt hij toch verrassend goed als je hem daarvoor gebruikt. Ook stemmen worden zeer mooi en zuiver weergegeven. Het is een behoorlijk krachtige speaker met 1200 Watt en gaat dus zeer luid. We zouden hem dus ook makkelijk kunnen gebruiken om mee op te treden. Af en toe gebruik ik hem ook thuis om muziek mee te luisteren. Dan zet ik hem meestal wat stiller, en dan nog kan je elk detail in de muziek horen. Je hoeft hem dus niet luid te zetten om te horen dat hij van goede kwaliteit is. Een goeie aankoop!

De ELX200-15P is een fantastische aanwinst en dat niet alleen door zijn uitermate vol en helder geluid. Je kan ze combineren met subwoofers wat bij bepaalde muzieksoorten wel een toegevoegde waarde is, maar is zeker niet altijd nodig. Hij is handig bij evenementen waar de mensen dicht bij de boxen kunnen komen omdat je ze echt goed kan positioneren en instellen zodat je het niet zo luid moet zetten dat de mensen dichtbij doof worden. De app werkt hier zeker in mee omdat je de instellingen snel kan aanpassen en ook van op een afstand kan ervaren hoe een aanpassing van de modus of een EQ-instelling het geluid doet veranderen. Ten slotte is hij ook nog eens niet al te zwaar waardoor vervoeren ook geen probleem vormt.

Een supper mooi afgewerkte top speaker die tegen een flink stootje kan, en die niet snel krast of deukt! Met andere woorden dus uitermate geschikt voor de mobile drive in djs want hij kan echt wel wat hebben. Ook is de balans tussen hoog midden en laag erg goed op elkaar afgestemd, hierdoor wordt het geluid nog krachtiger en blijft het nog net zo zuiver als waneer je hem zachtjes hebt staan! Ook heb je niet echt een sub nodig bij deze speakers, mins je een feest draait van ongeveer 150 man. Dan is het toch wel raadzaam om een sub voor extra ondersteuning toe te voegen. Al met al een speaker die het geld echt wel dubbel en dwars waard is.

Deze speakers zijn enorm gemakkelijk om te gebruiken. Het gemak in gebruik, de installatie en de performance dragen allemaal bij tot de beste speaker die ik tot nu toe al heb gebruikt. Voor hun grootte zijn ze enorm licht, waardoor ze heel makkelijk mee te nemen zijn en eenvoudig te installeren op een statief. Het enige minpuntje die ik kan bedenken is dat de zijkanten snel krasjes vertonen. Dit is blijkbaar een behoorlijk zacht materiaal waardoor ze snel krassen. Daarom heb ik er nu wel een hoes voor gekocht om ze te vervoeren. Maar qua performance heb ik er absoluut niets over op te merken. Zeer kwalitatieve speaker.

We gebruiken deze speakers op onze school voor elk evenement, binnen of buiten, sinds december 2017. Hun geluid is glashelder in de hoge tonen, schoon in de middentonen en vol tot keihard in de bas.
De boxen zijn stevig, zeer eenvoudig aan te sluiten (XLR / jack combo-aansluitingen) en kunnen eenvoudig worden ingesteld met de ingebouwde digitale bediening (inclusief het blauw verlichte display). De 9e klassers kunnen dit gemakkelijk doen, en zelfs leraren van het niet-technisch onderlegde type :-)
In het ruige dagelijkse leven is het ook erg praktisch: de dozen staan dicht bij het podium, het publiek is verspreid om hen heen, stoelen, studenten, ouders, gasten ... niemand komt meer, maar je moet iets aanpassen op de speakers (op de DSP). Eenvoudig: met de hand-app (EV Quicksmart Mobile) kunnen de relevante instellingen worden gemaakt vanaf een mobiele telefoon via een Bluetooth-verbinding.

Deze Electro-Voice ELX200-15P actieve luidspreker is een zeer krachtige box. Met zijn ingebouwde geluidsversterkingssysteem komen de klanken er extra krachtig uit. Hij is licht maar toch krachtig genoeg om elk soort genre op een nog betere manier te laten afspelen. Zowel de hoge als lage tonen komen heel mooi terecht. Door de krachtige sound is een sub woofer ook niet meer echt een must om aan te schaffen.
De luidspreker zelf is makkelijk te transporteren en ideaal voor artiesten die veel on the road zijn. Ook aan de zijkanten van de boxen zijn er handige hendels, waardoor je de box goed kan verplaatsen. Om hem op een statief te zetten is het wel een klusje. Maar hij geeft zeker top geluid voor een gehele zaal mee te vullen.

De Electro-Voice ELX200-15P actieve 15inch luidspreker heb ik ervaren als een heel kwalitatieve geluidsbox. De klanken van eender welke soort muziek klinken op een zuivere manier door de krachtige boxen. Elke layer van mijn muziekstukken worden exact gerepresenteerd hoe ik het in mijn hoofd had voorgesteld. Zowel hoge als lage tonen klinken helder.
De luidsprekers van Electro-Voice kennen verschillende formaten, en deze 15 inch is de ideale maat voor mij. De hele zaal wordt gevuld door deze krachtige speaker. Desalniettemin is de box toch makkelijk te transporteren en hoef je geen geluidstechnieker te zijn om hem te installeren.
Op vlak van prijs- kwaliteit verhouding is deze speaker dus zeker de moeite waard!
