General

Following the success of their original Blues Cube Artist, Roland proudly presents the Blues Cube Artist 2x12. Featuring two 12" speakers and 85 watts of power, this amp combo is fully equipped to conquer large stages. With their classic looks, Roland's Blues Cubes instantly put you in mind of classic Tweed amplifiers. The comparison doesn't end there, however, as they also deliver the same warm, rich and dynamic tube sound Tweed amps are known for, thanks to Roland's very own Tube Logic technology. From guitar input to speaker output, the Blues Cubes were designed with the Tweed sound in mind.

Roland Blues Cube Artist 2x12

Boasting a 2x12 configuration, this Blues Cube is a great asset on stage. With five more watts of power, it offers even more clean headroom than the 1x12 model. Even though this amp combo sounds and looks just like a vintage Tweed amp, it weighs a lot less and, more importantly, is much more rugged, making it suitable for a life on the road. The two channels of the Blues Cube Artist 2x12 each have their own boost and tone controls, but a Dual Tone mode allows you to combine both channels, opening up a world of different sounds. A natural-sounding reverb and a tremolo provide an extra touch. Like the tube amp that inspired it, this Roland Blues Cube works exceedingly well in combination with stomp box effects.

Variable power, USB and other connectors

Tube amplifiers sound better if you turn up the volume. The Power Control knob of the Blues Cube Artist enables you to decrease the power of the amp from 85 watts to 45, 15 or even 0.5 watts, so you can play at a low volume without sacrificing the tube-like distortion you get on stage. For quiet practice sessions there's a headphone output and for direct recording to your computer the Blues Cube Artist is fitted with a USB connector and a line output. If you like to work with external effects gear, an FX loop is at your disposal, and you can also connect two optional foot switches or the Roland GA-FC to switch between channels and the Dual Tone option, or to activate the tremolo and the FX loop from a distance.

Je suis complètement fan des roland blues cube!

Jai toujours joué sur des amplis à lampes et comme tout le monde jétais contre lidée quun transistor puisse se défendre.

Mais il a fait bien plus que ça ! Il sonne mieux que beaucoup dampli à lampes! Pour preuve je possède un Fender Hot Rod Deville 4x10 qui sonne très très bien, mais celui-ci prend maintenant la poussière à la maison car le blues cube en est tellement proche que le poids la facilité dutilisation on eu raisons de lui. Jai possédé le blues cube stage et jai décidé de passer à lartiste 2x12 qui du coup est encore meilleur grâce a ses deux hp. Il prend aussi bien les pédales que le Fender! Les guitaristes que jai rencontré et qui ne connaissent pas la bête en fond le tour pour chercher les lampes!

Nhésitez plus roland a fait très fort!!

Les commandes sur Bax-shop cest toujours sérieux et la livraison a toujours été respectée. Vivement la prochaine commande!

Eindelijk een solid-state amp die écht klinkt als een buizenversterker. Als mondharmonicaspeler heb al jaren gezocht naar een versterker die niet meteen gaat rondzingen als je de gain een beetje opendraait. Met lagere gain buizen en andere trucjes gaat de headroom verloren en dat gedoe meer. Met deze amp is dat verleden tijd. Van zwoel clean tot zwaar overstuurd geluid is alles mogelijk. Door het instelbaar vermogen kan hij net zo makkelijk thuis als op de grote podia ingezet worden. Met de optionele voetschakelaar kun je pas echt lekker van sound wisselen waardoor je de mogelijkheden optimaal benut. Met gitaar klinkt hij overigens ook meer dan geweldig. De prijs is het enige zwakke punt aan deze amp, gelukkig heb ik hem met introductiekorting gekocht. Mijn buren zijn niet altijd even blij met mijn versterker maar ik wel.
