The Fazley FLP-DIY kit comes with a solid paulownia single-cut body that's been pre-routed and prepped for neatly mounting and wiring up the included pair of passive humbuckers, pots, selector switch, and 3-ply pickguard. The headstock of the hard maple neck has been given that timeless shape and pre-drilled with ferule holes for mounting the included set of chrome-plated machine heads, while the wood has been left entirely unfinished so you can give your custom axe a truly bespoke paint-job.

Absolutely excellent value for money. A great kit with good quality body and neck. The hardware is basic but perfectly functional, and for the money represents good quality. I certainly couldn't buy the individual parts for the amount charged for the kit. I might buy additional parts and do some personal choice upgrades, but that's the whole point of this kit, you can make it your own and finish it however you want and you'll end up with something that is unique. Super customer service. I had a small problem with the first kit sent out but it was resolved quickly and without fuss, Customer service dealt with it quickly and efficiently. Can't say that this is at all bad! It's a Bargain!

The maple top has not been good this time,the mirrored veneer was bad and featureless.The rest of the kit was first class ,the free post stated on my phone didn't happen and the 5% discount for signing up vanished.Customer services are mute ,ignorant.

Very good product, all of the drilled holes were perfect in size for the bridge and tailpiece. I only say this because I've had experience with another DIY build where the holes were too large and the wood soft so was problematic.
The wood needed sanding smooth but that's the whole point of a self build, make it your own.
The hardware was of good quality but i didn't use any of it as i wanted a different colour.
Overall, for the money, i would say it's an easy bargain for a self build. Solid and well balanced.
I would have provided photographs but not able to on this site.
