What is a B-stock product?

A product becomes B-stock when it can no longer be sold as new. It can simply be a product that has been returned by a customer or it may have packaging that is damaged or missing. It’s possible that the product itself may show slight signs of use or damage too. All B-stock products are fully checked to ensure that they work properly and you can find details of why the product is a B-stock in the information above.

B-stock information

The B-stock tab on the product page shows information about the B-stock product. Be aware that this information supersedes anything you may read in the product description. The product description includes text and specifications about the product in its brand-new state. It’s possible that a B-stock item may be missing accessories mentioned in the text or specifications, for instance, but if so, this will always be mentioned in the B-stock information. B-stock products also include photos of the actual B-stock item so that you can see exactly what it looks like.

B-stock photos

The B-stock photos allow you to see the actual B-stock product you are considering purchasing. The photos show the following::

  • Photo of the brand new product
  • Photo of the B-stock product with packaging (if included) and any accessories
  • Photo showing the front of the B-stock product
  • Photo showing the back of the B-stock product
  • Photo showing any damage to the B-stock product (if applicable)

Original packaging

Packaging in good condition: undamaged (sticky tape residue may be visible)
Packaging damaged: box has dents, tears and/or holes
Packaging missing: replaced with a Bax Music box

State of product:

New: the product itself is new, but the packaging may not look new
Signs of use (no damage or scratches): smudges, fingerprints and/or dust
Scratches/damage: product has scratches and/or damage

Can I return a B-stock product?

Yes! Our 30-Day Trial Period also applies to B-stock products.

Do B-stock products come with a warranty?

Yes! Our usual Bax Music warranty also applies to most B-stock products.

General

Since a second-hand example might force you to re-mortgage the house, the immense and immensely powerful synth that caused such a stir back in the '80s returns in the form of the Roland Jupiter-X. This extensive synth retains the Delorean-worthy dashboard and retro-army of controls while, hidden beneath its pleasingly vintage exterior, lies the guts of a fully contemporary hunk of kit. Driven by Roland's super-fresh ZEN-Core sound engine, this synth is not only forward thinking but future-proof. Fat pads and sample-based sounds, dealt across five parts (four synths and one drum part) confirm that this is an up-to-the-minute, all-powerful synth.

The Mouth-Watering Features of the Roland Jupiter-X

Since the Jupiter-X is a little roomier than the Jupiter-Xm, it's only logical that it comes with a more extensive array of controls. Banks of faders, rotary knobs and back-lit buttons are lined up to please and delight any sound-designer and offer the promise that a beautiful sound lies only a few moves away. Naturally, access to a host of effects is granted to enrich the sound further, including envelopes and LFOs for pitch, filter and amp. The pattern-arpeggiator is also nothing short of a sweety-shop and is capable of steering all parts. A satisfying digital delay keeps you abreast of essential details and round the back, any connection socket you're going to need has been included to complete this potent, vintage-futurist-hybrid of a machine.

Bax Music Warranty This product comes with a 3-year warranty.

Roland Jupiter-X Synthesizer

Powerful synthesiser which will suit almost everyone into sound design, especially those with an 80s bent.

The menu-diving can be painful and sometimes unintuitive, but once you get the muscle memory in place you have a very powerful tool available.

Roland Jupiter-X Synthesizer

Geweldige synthesizer met een geweldig geluid . Zeer degelijk gebouwd, speelt zeer fijn.
