The most striking visual feature of the AlphaTheta Euphonia has to be the rotary faders. Every encoder doesn't just boast an exclusive, all-new high-precision design, but as soon as you grab one, you'll never want to let it go. The elastomer coating has been tailor made for each fader to guarantee maximum comfort, an immediately reliable feel and efficient vibrational damping. The very specific weight also plays a part in the experience so that, with these deluxe rotary faders, it's like you're invited to become one with your mixer. What's also special about these faders, is that the feeling changes as you rotate them at a faster or slower speed and, when it comes to volume fader curves, you're looking at the result of repeated testing and tweaking in response to the feedback of countless DJs.
Of course, a clear overview of what you're doing is also super-important for any professional DJ. At a glance, you can check the mix and volume levels via the exclusive Energy Visualizer. This uniquely designed Mix Level Meter has a VU-style look and features a needle per channel. Meanwhile, you can keep a clear eye on the master output via the Spectrum Analyzer and ensure that, even during long sets, you're delivering nothing but flawless sound.
The isolator encoders have been custom designed for the Euphonia. Roll one away from the central position to the maximum or minimum setting via a perfectly balanced torque and quickly make adjustments and fine-tune things where needed via a luxurious control interface. The cut-off frequency and slope have been perfectly calibrated to support a natural-feeling, life-packed playing style and perfectly matches up with the kick, the melody and the rhythm. To finish, the sound of the built-in Send FX can be applied to one of the frequency bands of the master isolator or an external source. Hit the Boost Send button and create unique effects with just one hand where previously, you'd need at least two.
