General

Looking for volume and a powerful sound? You'll definitely get that with the SE 048 Casela Black Brown Dragon cajon from Sela. This cajon is made of 11-ply, 15 mm thick birch wood and produces a warm sound with plenty of definition. The corners are rounded and feature maple wood. This gives this cajon an even fuller sound. Sela is a percussion brand from Germany that has been producing high-quality cajons since 1999 and always manages to come up with innovative products. One example is the Thin Splash percussion plate that this cajon is equipped with. Thanks in part to this interchangeable pickguard, the SE 048 sounds fantastic.
