AKG microphones are great for studio work as well as for live performances. The AKG D7S is no different in this regard: it is identical to the regular D7, only the S stands for Switch. This means that you can choose whether you want to have the microphone on or off – great for vocals and presentations, as you aren't dependent on a sound engineer who might switch the microphone on or off at the wrong time. The sound of the microphone is of such a high quality, that there is little to improve upon and this quality gives you the freedom to amplify a band, be it in a pub or a huge stadium. The solid construction ensures that the microphone can take a hit – it won't let you down! Top quality at a very attractive price.
