The ESP E-II JL M-II was born out of collaboration with Parkway Drive's lead guitarist Jeff Ling, who is only satisfied with an instrument he can fully rely on. With a neck-thru-body construction on a 25.5-inch scale, this guitar garners praise for its sustain and smooth access to the higher frets. The 3-piece maple neck with extra-thin U-profile and silk-gloss finish fits in the hand like a glove, even during lightning-fast riffs and solos. The ebony fingerboard features glow-in-the-dark side markings and a special PWD inlay at the twelfth fret. With 24 extra-jumbo frets, you'll hit every note flawlessly. Produced in the ESP factory in Japan, this model combines traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design.

For tonality, Jeff Ling relies on a combination of EMG Metalworks pickups: a 60 in the neck for warm, full leads and an 81 in the bridge for aggressive chords that cut through the mix. Solid hardware from Gotoh, including locking tuners and a TOM bridge with string-thru design, ensures stable tuning and optimal resonance. The bone nut contributes to the clarity of every note, while ESP strap locks keep the guitar securely in place during intensive playing.
