General

The Fazley Project P2 Flashback S is an electric guitar with a special relic finish in a very limited edition. For instance, the solid body of specially selected alder has been manually aged, giving this axe an instant dose of mojo. An HSS element configuration with coil-split for the humbucker has been chosen, allowing you to serve up a hugely wide range of tasty tones. Moreover, you can use the modern Wilkinson WOV05 2-point tremolo to add all kinds of vibrato effects. Nice detail is that the backplate has been deliberately omitted which adds to its cool character. Comes complete with a deluxe gig bag!

Project P2 Flashback S: High playing comfort

The team at Fazley chose a roasted maple neck with a modern C-profile and a silk (satin) finish that makes the neck feel instantly familiar. Thanks to the rounded heel, all 22 jumbo frets on the roasted maple fingerboard are easy to reach. You will notice that pressing the strings is a lot easier than on the average ST-style guitar. This is because the 12-inch fingerboard radius is just a bit flatter than normal. Another valuable upgrade are the locking tuners. These high-quality tuning machines not only benefit tuning stability, but also make changing strings a simple job. In short, with this axe you can enjoy yourself!

Each one is unique thanks to its relic finish

This Fazley guitar has a special 'relic' finish. In case you are not familiar with this term, it means that a new instrument has been deliberately tarnished to simulate years of use in rough conditions. You will find these special, hand-applied 'wear marks' not only on the body, but also on the hardware that may contain traces of corrosion. This makes each one a completely unique instrument with a pattern you can't find a second one of! The cover plate of the tremolo on the back is missing as standard. Should you still like to have it on your instrument, you can easily add it later - after all, the holes are already pre-drilled.

Gekocht in een aanbieding en ik was blij verrast met het geluid. De Celestion speaker laat deze kleine versterker perfect uitkomen. De overdrive is voor mij iets te heftig maar uitstekend met de regelaar 'naar links'.
Zelf gebruik ik er graag een reverb bij.

Nice tube amp . Like all small amps it is easy to overdrive,so high headroom cleans are not really possible. Quite loud - reaches 95-100 db . Gain channel is not so great, very,very noisy. Speaker has none of the boxiness associated with a 8inch speaker.

Muy justito, aunque por el precio tampoco se puede pedir mucho más.
Era B-stock, así que tampoco sé si todos se comportan igual o este venía con algún defecto. El caso es que el limpio es bastante aceptable a volúmenes bajos. Tanto el limpio como el overdrive se embarran muchísimo si les subes un poco el volumen.

Kleine tilbare combo
Een goede 8" speaker. Wel goed inspelen dan kun je hem ook laten vervormen op de eindbuis. Geweldig geluid voor weinig geld.

Ik heb hem nog maar twee dagen in huis, dus ik kan er niet zo heel veel over zeggen. Hij ziet er echter prachtig uit en het geluid is bij mijn eerste indruk beter dan de vele goedkope transistor versterkers die ik heb gehad. Wel verwarrend is de Standby knop. Bij 0-I knopjes is het altijd zo dat 0 is uit en I is aan. Deze standby knop staat echter bij 0 al op standby en bij I zet je standby uit.
