This pack of six Gotoh SD-91 MG-T machine heads have an ultra-secure locking design to improve the tuning stability of electric guitars such as Fender Stratocasters and Telecasters. Each tuner is pre-drilled and set up to fit a standard 8mm ferrule hole, there's no need to adjust or widen the bore holes in your headstock or to mess with the mounting screw distance. Simply remove your old machine heads and give your model a solid upgrade without having to modify anything. These high-grade Gotoh offerings don't just firm up tuning, but simplify and speed up string changes. All you have to do is thread the string through the mechanism, lock it in place with the fitted thumb screw and quickly and easily bring it up to tune. Bear in mind that these locking tuners come in a 6-in-line configuration.
