Follow in the footsteps of first-class musicians such as Steven Wilson, John Mayer and David Gilmour, and use the parametric and the fully adjustable 10-band graphic EQ to perfect your sound. Source Audio have equipped the pedal with on-board presets, stereo inputs and outputs, and MIDI In and Thru ports so you can store and call up another 128 presents, or select an additional 12dB volume (solo) boost. If you want, you can even route two completely different EQ presets to each of the outputs, so one to the mono and another to the stereo out. And there's more...

The Potential of the Neuro Desktop Editor and Mobile Editor

It's not exactly hard to find your favourite settings using the amazingly intuitive 1-knob control panel, but you can dive in even deeper via the special Neuro Desktop Editor software or the Mobile Editor app. Simply hook the pedal up to your computer or smartphone and gain instant-access to various in-depth options. The user-friendly interface provides a clear overview of the detailed parametric settings for all ten frequency bands, as well as of the stereo options, noise-gate, limiter controls and the external expression control options. I bought this having already had the Boss EQ-200 but was struggling to justify the space it was taking on my board.

This pedal was bought to be a replacement for that but in truth it’s opened up so many more avenues than I expected. Using the computer editor, being able to change the phase of either signal as well as having truly unlimited tonal control has been incredible for me.

I had seen other reviews saying there wasn’t much between either pedal… but for me it’s night and day!

Worth every penny and more!

Zeer fijne EQ van Source audio.

Compact en goed te programmeren op de computer via de neuro app. Meer dan genoeg slots om je presets op te slaan. Enig nadeel is dat je alleen de eerste 4 presets kan oproepen met de footswitch. De ingebouwde tuner maakt hem helemaal af.
