Gravity VARI-G 9 9-Way Guitar Stand

I placed the order at the weekend and received the stand early Wednesday morning. The stand was easy to put together, although I would say it's best for 2 people to construct it. The only reason for this is that it's easier to insert the screws which connect the horizontal bars to the side fames if the bars are held vertically. If there's only one person it's still ok, just not as convenient. The parts all fitted well together and the stand was completed in a short time. It's a good idea that the screwdriver is included. I don't have a bass, and I can get my guitars (2 acoustics; 3 solids; and 3 semis on easily) with the unit positioned about 7 inches from the wall. I've still got one space left - I wonder what's next !

Having owned & used a variety of multi-guitar brand stands over the years, I wanted some new ones. I bought two multi-stands by another brand (the hairy ape brand !). Having been reasonably happy with one of the same brand I bought back in 2017, the two new ones were a different design, inferior quality and had long screws poking out, far too close to where the guitar bodies would sit on the stand - making it very possible to scratch your beloved guitars when placing them on the stand. AND, the stand was wobbly. I sent both stands back for a refund. On searching for a better multi-guitar stand, I found the Gravity brand on Bax-Shop. I checked out Gravity's website and was impressed - their images & videos of each product are excellent. Their products are well demonstrated in the videos. So, I was feeling confident buying these stands, even though they were more expensive than the ones I bought & sent back.
So, I bought two Gravity Vari-G9 Nine guitar stands. These are far better quality than other multi-stands I've ever owned. Easy to assembly (with the excellent, included Phillips screwdriver). The stand is built to an excellent design. While this stand will fit 9 electric guitars, the beauty in the design is you can tailor your stand for whatever size of instruments you have - something that no other multi-guitar stand does. My Vari-G9 stand fits 8 National resonator guitars (with enough safe space between each guitar to avoid scratching them) & it will fit 7 full size acoustic guitars.
More expensive than many multi-guitars stands - yes. But I knew this stand was going to be good, from the demonstration video AND I saw the quality while building it !!!
It's definitely 5+ star quality - and worth every penny !!
Having checked out Gravity's excellent wall-mounted guitar hanger (GS 01 WMB), I would buy these too, if my wife let me hang guitars on our walls (but she won't !!!). I just bought a K&M foldable piano bench seat - but now wish I had seen the Gravity piano bench earlier - as I would have bought that instead, such is my new-found high regard for the Gravity brand. And no, I don't have shares in this company !!!
