General

These hihats were developed in collaboration with legendary (jazz) drummer Dave Weckl. It has resulted in a wonderful stick response and a splashing, glassy sound. The dark character these hihats exude comes out well in vrjwel any mix of modern music. Even in fast-paced hihat work, the HHX Evolution manages to produce a defeated sound. The weight of these hihats can be described as medium - heavy. They are made of B20 alloy and finished with a brilliant finish.
