It might have taken 11 years, but the Tyros finally has 76 keys with this comprehensive full-option Yamaha Tyros 5 XXL keyboard edition. Now you can have even more freedom during your musical escapades. The Tyros 5 is fully loaded with world-class sounds and accompaniment styles, and has risen to meet high expectations with a huge number of new and improved functions and sounds. When you buy a Tyros, you're buying a complete music studio. Really though, the term "workstation" is probably most accurate for this king of keyboards. With a built-in 16-track recorder, comprehensive USB/MIDI capabilities and an XLR jack/microphone input, this instrument is very well equipped for professional arrangements and live performance.
Tyros 5-76 XXL: Ensemble Voice & Audio Styles
Time after time, Yamaha has proven itself with the Tyros. This fifth generation edition contains an impressive 1,279 voices (and 480 XG pieces) that include a number of extra-detailed presets. Additionally, there are 54 MegaVoices, no fewer than 288 Super Articulation! and 44 Super Articulation2! voices, and a brand new group of 55 Ensemble Voices. This last group consists of combined string and wind instruments that sound extra life-like thanks to "humanizing," which gives them the subtle variations in dynamics and timing to produce music that sounds authentic and real. The Audio Styles also sound incredibly realistic, and the drum and percussion tracks were recorded in audio format from live session musicians to offer good expression and groove, and thanks to the advanced real-time Audio Stretching technology the tempo remains flexible.
DSP, VCM, VH2
The Tyros 5 is additionally equipped with a new and improved DSP processor that includes 322 effect presets that are displayed in VST plugin-style on the TFT screen, as well as a sea of editing possibilities. Thanks to new algorithms, the Real Reverb supplies a supple, natural reverb, and Real Distortion eliminates keyboard distortion while instead offering the sounds of legendary boutique guitar effects. Add the Virtual Circuitry Modeling (VCM) to the mix for the warmth and character of analogue devices, and of course this keyboard wouldn't be complete without the Vocal Harmony2 and Synth Vocoder.

Le clavier est assez intuitif mais la documentation (création, modification de styles ou de Music Finder) très insuffisante.
