The MK 4 Digital is a USB condenser microphone with superb AD converters by Apogee—a company with many years of experience in audio conversion and microphone amplifiers. It's an excellent choice if you want a to make professional recordings with your iPad, smartphone or other mobile device while you're on the road, and still enjoy the warmth and nuance you get from a real condenser microphone!
Seamlessly connect with DAW and video editing software
One of the nicest features of the MK 4 microphone is that it's compatible with all kind of Apple programs, such as Logic Pro X—the recording software for OS X—and Final Cut Pro, the popular video editing software that also runs on OS X. Adobe Premiere is also fully supported, as are Pro Tools, Ableton Live, and of course all of the other iOS recording apps available for mobile devices. The mic comes with some handy extras, such as a Lightning cable, a USB cable, a microphone clip and a storage pouch.
