The STRING9 stompbox by Electro Harmonix gives you the pick of nine string ensemble and string-synth sounds, where 'Symphonic' brings out the sound of a complete symphony orchestra and will even go an octave down in the lower register for extra fullness of sound. 'JUNE-O' grants you access to the legendary sound of a legendary sound, while 'PCM' serves up more compact, vintage string keyboard sounds and 'Floppy' gets you that typical wobbling sound of a certain famous optical disc playback sampler.
