Boss GX-10 Multi-Effects Processor

I can back up the positive things other reviewers have said about this unit however, i knocked a star off as all the presets are unusable for me. I dont know if the presets where written on a strat but on my EVH humbuckers the overdrives all sound nasally and synthetic. I did find that backing off on gain settings within the presets helped the issue and I do now have some usable tones but I cant see the unit replacing my amp. The other effects though are brilliant. Found it fiddly to get the sounds loaded via laptop but once it's set up it's pretty straight forward. I'm happy with the purchase and the amount of boss effects for the price is a no trainer.

Great piece of kit. Gives a lot of flexibility to set up great signal chains and tones.
I am using the Boss Bluetooth module too, which gives good connectivity to tone studio and you can play backing tacks, metronome or drum apps though.

Boss GX-10. Very solid construction, simple to use with fantastic sound and power.
Effects are excellent and it is hard to differentiate from separate pedal setup.
If you are thinking of getting one go for it, you will not be disappointed.

Pedaal ter vervanging van de GT 1B gekocht. Eerste indruk: meer solide gebouwd, gemakkelijker in te stellen. Geschikt voor gitaar en bas Helaas geen mogelijkheid tot batterij voeding en Ik zou graag zien dat je standaard effecten kon verwijderen of verbergen. Maar prima pedaal en gemakkelijk effect chains opbouwen, Geen spijt van!
