General
The HK Audio L5 112F is the biggest passive speaker from their Linear 5 series. This top-quality 12-inch speaker has a power capacity of no less than 500 watts RMS. You can use it as a full-range satellite combined with one or several HK Audio L Sub 2000 subwoofers. Thanks to its wedge-shaped housing, it also makes an excellent floor monitor.
Properties of the HK Audio Linear 5 L5 112 X passive speaker
The L5 112X has a frequency range between 72 Hz and 20 kHz, making it perfect for numerous musical applications, both in mobile and in fixed installations. Via two high-quality locking speaker inputs you can connect this speaker safely and reliably. Moreover, these speakers feature a safety circuit (with PTCs and pilot light) to enhance reliability without compromising their sound.
L5 112 X rotatable horn and a rugged housing
The beating hearts of the L5 112 X speaker are its 12-inch woofer and 1-inch driver. The horn of the tweeter has a projection of 60 x 40 degrees and is rotatable so you can optimally adjust the angle to match the situation. This 8-ohm passive speaker has a rugged housing made of MDF and birch plywood with a durable, scratch-resistant black finish. The speaker's grille is beautifully made and fitted with special acoustic foam. To practical handles and a stand adapter complete the cabinet.
