Matching the sleek red finish, the multi-dimensional sound of the D'Angelico Excel Mini DC semi-acoustic guitar is set to stun. A number of features combine to give this double-cutaway such an impacting presence, the first of which is a pair of two dynamic humbuckers. At both the bridge and neck, a Seymour Duncan 59 is mounted for clear, striking attack, masses of sustain, a fat bottom-end and a shimmering high-end. Combined, this set of '59s ensure a satisfyingly vintage and balanced sound. Set the colour using the fitted tone and volume controls and three-way selector switch, then blow it open using the push/pull pot to split the coils. This exacting semi-acoustic guitar comes with a tonal character that graciously bends to your will.

An excellent guitar which gives the wonderful semi acoustic quality at a more manageable size. The guitar is exceptionally well made and the variety of tones available from it is truly impressive. It can do everything from rock, blues to jazz and indi with equal aplomb. The Duncan 59s are great pickups and the pots and hardware all speak quality. The case is top quality and nestles the guitar well. Included straplocks are a nice extra.

Commandée pour mon fils pour son anniversaire, le service était très rapide et aucun problème de livraison !
La guitare est magnifique et sonne d’enfer ! Mon fils est plus que satisfait c’est tout ce dont il rêvait. Elle est encore plus belle que sur les photos et se joue sans aucun souci sortie de son bel étui. Sans même la brancher elle peut être jouée en semi-acoustique. Les deux micros avec deux switchs pour passer de double à simple bobinage rendent la guitare très polyvalente. Le confort de jeu est plus que présent, on sent que cette guitare a été superbement construite. Un grand merci à Bax Music.
