The Audix M1255B is a professional condenser microphone crammed in an extra-small housing complete with a preamp. It has a high sensitivity and is designed for recording vocals and instruments from a little farther away — think conferences, overhead recording of choirs and crowds, and recording cymbals and percussion. The M1255B is immune to RF interference and can be used on stage as well as in the studio.
