The Soyuz 013 FET small diaphragm condenser microphone combines sonic precision and character-packed sound without compromise. This pencil microphone owes its accuracy to the Soyuz-developed cardioid capsule and, just like various famed German and Austrian microphones, this model features a transformer-based output instead of a standard electronically balanced output to guarantee warm, deep sound. Also, so you can attenuate the signal and keep the active components from going into overdrive when recording louder instruments like amplifiers, the 013 FET comes including a PAD.
