General

This is a handy set for your studio! You get a Mackie BigKnob Studio+, which is a kind of studio powerhouse to which you can connect multiple monitor sets, headphones, and it's an audio interface too. Being able to connect multiple monitors is ideal during mixing, as it allows you to make A/B comparisons very easily. Regarding the latter: two sets of monitor stands are included: floor stands for your nearfields that you place at some distance, and desk stands for the somewhat smaller monitors that you place nearby.

Koop deze niet, voetjes ontbraken waardoor ze niet stabiel zijn. Voor deze prijs zou dat echt niet mogen. wou dat ze nieuwe voetjes opstuurden maar Bax wou ze niet als oplossing aanvaarden. Ik gaan ze ook niet op retour terug opsturen teveel hazzle.. Maar

Wrote the following about Mackie Big Knob Studio+ Monitor Controller and Interface

Ik gebruik de BigKnob vooral om zang en instrumenten op te nemen. Ik vind de zang lig geweldig klinken met een TLM170r. Uiteraard op 96kHz. De documentatie mag wat duidelijker, want het duurde even voordat het apparaat naar behoren werkte en gezien werd door mijn apple. Gelukkig is er voor Apple geen driver nodig, wat het iets toekomstbestendiger maakt.
