The reason that 500 modules tend to be cheaper than their counterparts is the lack of a built-in power supply. Naturally, stable power is a requirement for any top-quality audio processor which is why this 500VPR rack is perfect. It comes with an L200LPS power supply that can provide individual power to ten 500 modules. There's also a separate supply to provide 48V phantom power for microphone preamps.

The API 500VPR rack is ideal for use with different modules by different brands, giving you the freedom to construct your own setup for perfect sound. There's a balanced XLR input and output for each 500-format module on the back of the unit.
