General

The HK Audio PR:O 112 FD2 is not just a solid, compact workhorse of a speaker that's able to pack considerable punch and a surprising SPL, but has an incredibly balanced and refined character able to reproduce speech with clarity. This speaker is able to perform this superb balancing act via two intelligent and efficient Class-D amplifiers with an ample peak power of 1,200 Watts. Simply hook the PR:O 112 FD2 up to your system via balanced XLR and TRS inputs, then chain up a few more using the XLR Thru. MultiGrip handles have been fitted to the cabinet to make loading and position a more comfortable experience, and cleverly double as a mounting point for the TB-45N(Q) swivel brackets (not included) which can be fitted for suspended installation.

Wrote the following about HK Audio Premium PR:O 112 FD2 Active Speaker

Gekocht voor 629 eind november 2024 begin december 2024 is de prijs gestegen naar 665 heb ze na een uur luisteren retour gestuurd.De aanschafprijs van 629 zijn ze absoluut niet waard.
Alleen bruikbaar met extra sub want onder de 80hz ook met de meest gunstige instelling is het een teleurstelling. Misschien een logisch compromis als de rest van het frequentie spectrum goed wordt weergegeven op hoge geluidssterkte. Maar ook hier vallen ze door de mand.Made in Germany klinkt mooi maar hk heeft bespaart op de drivers en versterker vermoed ik. Het aanschafbedrag absoluut niet waard, goedkope drivers en/of te zwakke versterker niet berekend op fatsoenlijke lage tonen reproductie.

Zo een geluid uit een 12 inch heb ik nog nooit gehoord, ze klinken loep zuiver en geven samen met de 18 inch sub een heel vol geluid wij zijn dik tevreden met deze speakers
