General

The Blackstar Unity Series Pro Bass U60 amplifier is the perfect companion in smaller and more intimate venues and, next to three different sounds, provides two remarkably practical effects for your active or passive bass. Give your bass a classic, modern or fully flat voice and use the unique Response control to determine the power amp stage for the perfect amount of slap-style compression. The Pro Bass U60 offers three types of adjustable overdrive which, just like the built-in chorus effect, can be turned on or off at will using an optional footswitch.

The Unity 60: Adjustable Mid-Range and Practical Connection Options

In addition to gain and master controls, this 60W bass amp combo comes with a 3-band EQ that lets you boost or cut certain mid-range frequencies. Via the Cab Link output, you could even hook up the active Unity Pro 250ACT speaker cab to add a solid bass foundation and an extra dose of power. The two Line Out connectors are great when you want to play over a PA or record your sound using a DAW, whether at home or in the studio and, if you want to connect an external device such as a smartphone, simply plug it into the mp3/line input using a mini-jack cable.

De U500 is inderdaad veel beter. De U250 met alleen een 15” speaker is wel wat lager voor de B stringers maar op de vloer is helemaal niks met de 15”. Een flightcase eronder is wat beter.
De U60 is dichtbij veel beter dan de 15” uitvoering.
Ik vind de Fender 40 is beter dan de U-60.

Ik had al een Blackstar U500 en dit is een 'uitgeklede' versie daarvan. Lang niet zoveel aanpassingsmogelijkheden als zijn grote broer maar genoeg om een aantal verschillende geluiden uit je bas te toveren. Hij is luid genoeg voor een oefenruimte (mits de drummer zich een beetje inhoudt). Niet héél licht maar prima draagbaar. Het geluid over de koptelefoon is mono; dat is een beetje jammer als je met een MP3 meespeelt want het klinkt allemaal wat 'dunner'. Al met al een prima apparaat voor zijn prijs en een aanrader voor degenen die op zoek zijn naar een alternatieve en veelzijdige bascombo.

prima versterker voor zijn geld, ruim voldoende geluid voor thuis. Ook de "gewone" elektrische gitaar klinkt er helemaal niet gek op. Niet te zwaar dus makkelijk meenemen als je dat zou willen. De drie standen classic/modern/overdrive geven alle drie een eigen sound. Voldoende mogelijkheden om de klankkleur te regelen. Netjes afgewerkt en voldoende aansluitmogelijkheden.

Kocht eerst een bas en zocht een oefenversterker.

Voor thuis is deze amp zeker voldoende.

Je kan later uitbreiden naar de 250w 15inch ext. speaker.

Speelde al gitaar en heb hem ook met elektrische gitaar getest.

Met wat pedaaltjes erbij kan je hem ook voor gitaar gebruiken.

Zalig kleine amp als je wat huiskamer gewijs wil pingelen.

Hoofdtelefoon uitgang achterop werkt perfect draai gewoon bovenaan je master dicht!

De klank van de distortion moet je niet teveel van verwachten de modern is een warme basklank en de

Classic is echt zo'n nasaal mid achtige klank.

Als je een dikke basamp wil dan moet je elders kijken en toch wat meer uitgeven.

Ben er super tevreden over.

Vlotte levering en goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding!
