General

Just like every HT MKIII Series model, the Blackstar HT-20R MKIII combo pretty much embodies decades of hard-won expertise. This 20 Watt, 1x 12 inch amplifier is home to the boosted sound and performance of four different voicings alongside the patented, Blackstar-exclusive Infinite Shape Feature. These details combine to effortlessly span everything from super-cleans to mega-over-the-top distortions.

The Blackstar HT-20R MKIII: Vivid Emulated Sound at Every Level

This amp also features an ever-handy power reduction function, so the output volume can be taken down from 20 Watts to just 2 Watts, setting up this edition of the HT MKIII to serve in smaller settings. Advanced IR-based CabRig DSP technology is also present, so you have the pick of flawless speaker, cabinet, microphone and even room emulations, all accessed via the XLR and jack CabRig outputs mounted on the rear panel. You also come across the same feature in the Blackstar St. James and AMPED models - which is saying something.

Extensive Connections + New Digital Reverb

This valve-driven Blackstar offering also comes equipped with a USB-C output port, so that up to four channels of sound can be recorded to your software of choice. The USB port, line output and the XLR CabRig output can also be used when the amp is in standby - a really handy perk when working in the studio or when you prefer stage-silence during gigs. Combine all of that with the lush sound of the all-new built-in digital reverb, and you have endlessly inspiring valve-coated tone wrapped in hyper-modern functionality.
