General

Looking for those distinctive American tube sounds in a compact guitar combo for practice sessions, small gigs and/or on studio recordings? These is this premium 10-watt single-ended Class A Studio 10 TV-10-A tube amp from Blackstar an excellent choice. This tube combo amp possesses a 6L6 in the output stage and an ECC83 in the preamp to give you just that. This vintage-style boutique guitar amp with premium cream tolex and basketweave grill is also equipped with a single 12-inch Celestion speaker to convey this authentically.

Studio 10 TV-10-A: the simplicity and purity of American tube sounds

To effortlessly alternate between super-bright clean and crunchy overdrives to ripping leads, there is a drive section that you can switch on or off both with a knob on the amp via the supplied FS-4S footswitch. With clear controller layout, the main emphasis is on simplicity and purity in terms of US-style tube sounds. For more ambience in the style of those iconic vintage reverb tanks, dial in the specially tuned digital reverb. For quiet practice sessions and direct recordings, there is a line output with cabinet simulation after the power amp. Simply connect your favourite effet pedals to the series effect loop.
