General
The MXR Dyna Comp from the 1970s is praised for its unique sound and performance. The pedal makes the overall sound a lot tighter and adds a load of sustain. The sound of a guitar compressor can also be extremely nice for so-called strumming chords or country-style solos with lots of spikes in volume.

MXR Dyna Comp is easy to adjust using the two available controls (output and sensitivity), which take care of the output volume and compression strength respectively.
