Yamaha P-225B + L-200B Digital Piano Set with Frame (Black)

On Oct 18 I ordered this keyboard from Bax for a new music venue client of mine. Instead, I received from Bax an empty box, from which the end had been cut, the keyboard removed, and the end sealed back up-- either by an employee of theirs or the delivery company. The ParcelForce delivery driver provided me a written statement as well, making clear the box was empty. I provided this statement and the box photos to Bax.

Over a month later I am still waiting for Bax to either replace or refund for the keyboard. They have refused to provide any updates or information. Needless to say, I lost the new client-- and they have since spent over £2.5k at GAK (nice own goal, Bax!).

I and my music colleagues have been good Bax customers for years, but none of us will ever purchase anything again from this company, nor should you...unless you happen to need a £500 cardboard box. Bax should be utterly ashamed of itself. FAIL.

Having worked in Quality Control all my life before retiring I still use the same approach what ever I purchase. So packaging was good and everything nicely laid out inside the box well protected. Each item checked out and at this time to say even supplied the power supply adaptor for the UK. The unit itself is of a nice quality more than can be said for the food pedal in my opinion it's too light and does move about on the floor or in my case the carpet. So as to the controls and speakers at the back are good allowing the sound not to be muffled if you were to sit the keyboard on a table. The switches are positioned well I'm a beginner to the piano but have played sax and cello the sound is good and have owned this for a few days and can say I'm pleased with this purchase. For the price it's a good buy
