The Tone City Golden Plexi V3 is a pedal that brings the classic British Plexi sound to your pedalboard. This updated version offers more dynamics and a wider range in both tone and gain. Thanks to the added toggle switch, you can switch between the iconic Golden Plexi sound and the sharper Golden Plexi 2 sounds, increasing the versatility of this pedal. High-frequency control has been optimised, ensuring a lower signal-to-noise ratio and tighter sound reproduction.
Golden Plexi: Iconic tones
With the increased flexibility of the tone and gain controls, you can switch from a subtle crunch to a solid, heavy distortion perfect for blues, rock and metal. The pedal responds superbly to your guitar's volume control, allowing you to easily clean up the sound for smooth lead tones or boost it for a cutting sound that will blend well into a mix. The built-in charge pump provides extra headroom, so you can also use the pedal well in combination with different amps.

Excellent quality. hard metal case. and nice finish too. Some SUPERB plexi / rock/ metal tones. low gain tones with a high output humbucker are OUTSTANDING. with small time and fine tuning some VERY HARD HITTING tones can be achieved. at this price point. WELL DONE TONE CITY....VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT.
