What the SM58 is for Shure, is what the E 835 is for Sennheiser and the two brands are rivals for the top spot in the on-stage business. Sennheiser has found a new weapon that might lead to victory, however, and it comes in the shape of this E 935 microphone. This dynamic microphone is best described as an optimised E835.
E 935 vs. E 835
The Sennheiser E 935 has a wider frequency range than the E 835: it range from 40 to 18,000 Hertz. The cardioid pickup pattern has remained to ensure that you will only hear the vocals instead of the nearby guitar. The microphone does not only protect against unwanted noise from being picked up, handling noise is also countered by an advanced built-in shockmount system. This way you won't be bothered by vibrations and shocks and your live performance will go very smoothly.

Alvorens een keuze te maken voor een juiste microfoon, heb ik me helemaal suf gelezen aan reviews en testen en ook bekeken op youtube.
Uiteindelijk viel mijn voorkeur op een Sennheiser E935. Online bestellen wilde ik echter niet, dus hup naar Bax gereden in Goes.... vanuit Arnhem.
In de winkel kon de mic mooi testen en vergelijken met wat andere types. De Shure sm58 vond ik te wollig klinken in vergelijking met de E935 van Sennheiser. De Shure beta 58a kwam dicht in de buurt moet ik zeggen. Uiteindelijk koos ik toch voor de E935. 'S-avonds had ik samen met mn band een repetitie avond dus ik kon m gelijk proberen. De overige bandleden hoorden het meteen. Een mooie open en heldere klank. Ik ben dus vooralsnog zeer tevreden.

Super micro chant, je suis ravie de mon choix, la voix est vraiment claire, cest fluide et aucun larsen même accompagné dun processeur vocal oú la reverb est poussée un peu. En plus il est plutôt chouette, la grille a une belle couleur gris bleutée et il ne pèse pas trop lourd. Bref très bon rapport qualité /prix !

Uitstekende microfoon! Wat direct opvalt is de uitstekende verstaanbaarheid met de Sennheiser E935. Hij klinkt helderder dan veel andere microfoons. Goed geluid, geen piepje feedback, weinig handling noise, super stevig. Aanrader dus.

Echt heel fijne zangmicrofoon,
Klinkt heel open en heeft niet het proximity effect van een SM58.
Is een goed alternatief voor wie een condensor wil maar waar de omstandigheden een dynamische micro vragen.
