Classic Series FTL218: Bright tones
The Fazley FTL218 is constructed from a lightweight lime wood solid body with two single-coil pickups. This gives you that nice bright 'twangy' sound you would expect from such a T-style. The fixed bridge contributes to a stable foundation. This benefits resonance and tuning stability, among other things. The maple neck has a traditional C-profile with a silk-gloss finish for a fine playing feel.

So many positives here not least of which was a smooth process and super fast delivery. This guitar performs way above its price and would make an ideal addition for any player. The finish is superb, neck straight and frets tidy. I only had to set intonation to play from the box. This guitar is a bargain whether to play as us or use as a solid base for upgrading. An absolute bargain. Great work Bax.

The guitar was really good quality for the money better than I had expected. The finish was perfect and it sounds as good as the more expensive guitars I played before .so nice one to BAX MUSIC and FAZLEY I would recommend the guitar and it is a good platform if you want to upgrade the hardware etc but it's OK as it is.

I immediately turned to the Bax website, ranked S and T type guitars by price low-to-high (if previous experoience is anything to go by, the fad will have disappared by the end of January, so I was not just being cheap) and lighted upon this blonde TE style. I expected it to be workmanlike at least, but not much more. Wrong. It arrived promptly and is GREAT! Good fit and finish, good intonation, no visible flaws, no snaggy fret-ends. If she getss fed up with it, I shall be happy to take it back into MY music room. Only when it arrived did I realise that the top edge binding gives it quite a Hohner/ Prinz/ Prince vibe, and I think it looks smart. All around, a very good buy, and I am well pleased (I write on Christmas Eve, and can only hope that the granddaughter also likes it!).

So easy to select the right product from an amazing range of products. Went over this telecaster with a fine tooth-comb. There was a slight problem with the tone control which I fixed in minutes. Otherwise the quality is amazing and my son and I have tested the sound settings and pickups and we're astonished at how good it is. We have over a dozen guitars between us so we do know what we're talking about. This telecaster is beautifully made and finished and for the money it's unbeatable. I might change the strings but that's all I'll change. I'm really impressed.

An amazing case, solid quality, feels quite hard and sturdy, unlike many other soft alternatives elsewhere. It keeps the guitar well protected from the weather and bumps and it has a triple pocket pouch with a lot of space without making the case bulky. The best soft case I've ever had and I've been through quite a few.

Bought Saturday, promptly received Tuesday. I had to sand some of the higher frets to get a nice low action with every note playable through bends, as sometimes with low action high notes & bent high notes were hitting the frets above, also there was a weird buzz on certain strings but I seem to have rectified it now after some light work on the nut & new strings. It was a learning experience and I wasn't bothered for the price, it was actually quite rewarding getting it to play how I want. The guitar is nice and playable now. Only problem is the first pickup selector doesn't work, but I'm assuming this will be a relatively easy fix, haven't looked inside yet. I was probably unlucky with both issues, I would definitely recommend this guitar for the price, having a lot of fun practising with it!
