General

The Fazley Sand Shark from the Sunset Series is a versatile electric guitar with modern playing ease at an extremely competitive price! It is based on a poplar solid body inspired by the Ibanez AZ models. So you can count on ergonomic body contours and excellent balance. Two passive humbuckers guarantee a full and powerful basic sound. The mini-switch also allows you to use a coil-split for the bridge humbucker, adding single-coil sounds to the tone arsenal. As a result, you can use the Fazley Sand Shark for all kinds of genres, from pop and funk to rock and metal. Nice bonus is that it comes with a handy guitar bag.

Sunset Series Sand Shark: Fast neck

Apart from its timeless looks and excellent sound characteristics, of course, ease of playing cannot be left behind. That's why Fazley has equipped the Sand Shark with a neck made of Canadian roasted maple. This type of maple has undergone a special treatment, making it extra stable. Thanks to the modern 12-inch radius of the roasted maple fingerboard and the 24 jumbo frets, both chords and solos are easy to play. In addition, you can use the 2-point tremolo to add vibrato effects to your playing. Remarkable for a guitar in this low price range is the Graph Tech TUSQ nut that contributes to resonance and stable tuning stability.

l'ho acquistata in B-stock mettendo in conto eventuali imperfezioni ma l'unica cosa che mi importava era un manico accettabile e sono rimasto sorpreso dal ricevere una chitarra praticamente nuova e con un manico ben fatto e settato al 90%. Avevo dei pickup Fishman Fluence. modern ed ho acquistato questa chitarra sperando fosse una bui a base per utilizzarli. Il giorno stesso che l'ho ricevuta non ho avuto dubbi e si è meritata l'upgrade con questi pickup. Adesso partendo da una chitarra davvero esconomica e in b-stock mi ritrovo una chitarra pazzesca con pickup a 3 voci...

I bought this as a gamble along with the pink one of the same model. The pink one plays great out of the box and i'm quite pleased with it but this blue one has been giving me trouble: 12th fret, particularly at the D is a little low causing a buzz that's difficult to work out and i've noticed that the posts that hold the tremolo screws in place are a little loose. The tuners are sloppily installed, crooked. the pickups didn't sit solidly in place either.

These issues i'm willing to accept because i assumed one of the two guitars might have needed some work and i was right. The pink one is great, the blue one is a bit of a dud

With that said the basic tonal quality of the guitar is great and it feels excellent. it's a guitar i WANT to work on and fix up so i'm not completely disappointed. It will just take a little bit of time and patience.
