General

In the form of the Larry Carlton J3, Sire serves up an affordable introduction to the J-style electric guitar. Here, the instantly-recognisable offset body comes carved out of mahogany and loaded with two LC Standard Jazzmaster single-coil pickups for a full array of vintage sounds that can be garnished with tasty vibrato effects thanks to the mounted two-point tremolo bridge.

The Larry Carlton J3: Snug Playing Feel

The best thing about the J3 is no doubt the maple neck which, besides a comfortable C carve, has been given an Edgeless™ rosewood fretboard with twenty-two medium jumbo frets, giving you good grip on the strings while easing the ability to bend. Finished with pearloid position markers, this Larry Carlton-approved guitar even boasts that all-important bit of class.
