In case you're wondering if you can also use the DDK-080 PRO kit in combination with a double bass drum pedal, the answer is yes - just keep in mind that the included pedal is a single model.

A fantastic Kit, easy to assemble and with an inspired look.

The voices are a fairly good range, but I would have preferred a few less standard kit sounds but with a small selection of Percussion voices such as Tambourine, Cowbell, Woodblock, Gong and Timpani etc.
Maybe it could be an option to return the module in the future to have it re-flashed with different voices?

The Bax Music Product guide says that the Cymbals have a Choke function, but I don't think they do!

Out of the box, the separation between Rim and Mesh sounds didn't require any tweaking; the only parameter I had to adjust was the sensitivity of the Crash!

The TEMPO button doesn't seem to have the Tap Tempo function suggested in the User Guide!

The way the drums mount makes the kit just that bit more compact; and as I never intend to purchase an acoustic kit; the Kick Trigger is just fine and matches (obviously) the 'feel' of the Hi-Hat.

The built in songs are adequate for learning the drums and unlike lesser kits, I think the Drum Mute function is a necessity.

With the option of an additional Cymbal (Crash 2) and fourth Tom, I would very much recommend this kit as a first-time purchase.

Next purchase-Crash 2 and Fourth Tom!

Echt een super set deze electronische drumstel.
Heb het in elkaar gezet, een drumsessie gedaan en staat nu weer tijdelijk in de opslag.
Plaats gebrek, mijn ogen waren groter dan de ruimte die wij hier hebben.
Maar echt, dit is heus een goede drumkit en raad het zeker aan.

Goed drumstel en veel aanpassingen mogelijk zodat je het ideale geluid kunt instellen. We hebben de ‘echte’ bassdrum en dat is fijner als alleen het pendaal.
Ook mogelijkheden om uit te bereiden. Onze zoon heeft er veel plezier van en speelt lekker erop.

Vijf sterren voor de prijs - kwaliteit verhouding.

Stevige degelijke constructie, super netjes verpakt, heel gemakkelijk (ook in je eentje) in elkaar te draaien.

Speelt best heel lekker. Fijn dat rimshots op de snare ook mogelijk zijn met een eigen geluid.

Een aantal drumkit geluiden zijn best ok maar verwacht geen professionele super realistische samples. Er zitten iig een aantal drumkitgeluiden bij die zeker voldoende zijn om lekker mee te spelen. Als je toch een upgrade naar professionele klanken wilt hoef je overigens geen nieuw drumstel aan te schaffen maar kun je simpelweg de usb uitgang gebruiken en b.v. een VSTi in je DAW aansturen. Dat is wel heel vet.

De drummodule werkt prima, je kunt van de individuele pads het geluid aanpassen, maar de user interface had wat intuïtiever gemogen, dus de handleiding is dan geen overbodige luxe. Maar na een paar keer doen ook geen probleem meer.
