General

The Line6 Helix Control is a floor controller for the 19-inch rack version of the flagship Helix multi-effects guitar processor. The Helix Control has 12 foot switches that let you switch between various stomp box modes, presets, amplifier and cabinet simulations and microphone settings. With the foot controller the possibilities are endless when it comes to integrating, routing, editing and recording sounds.

Line 6 Helix Control: touch-sensitive buttons

The Helix Control has LEDs with adjustable colours surrounding the 12 touch-sensitive foot switches, with adjustable colour screens above each showing the name of the selected effect. A larger display at the top shows the name of the effect that is currently selected. There are three connectors on the back for expression pedals plus an expression toe switch. The 8 in/8 out USB audio interface on the Helix Control offers 24-bit, 96 kHz quality and provides the possibility for re-amping, so that it sends a clean signal out that can be reworked afterwards. The Line6 host connector gives you direct communication with the optional effects unit.
