The MXR M236 Super Badass Variac Fuzz is basically a dream come true for any and all lovers of vintage fuzz. Here, the voltage is variable and can be set between 5 and 15 Volts, with every setting below 9V resulting in a much sought-after sag effect, while every setting above 9V results in brilliantly bright, wide-open fuzz the more the input power is turned up. Stuck inside a hard-wearing, beautiful burgundy box complete with Volume, Gain and Tone controls, the MXR M236 Super Badass Variac Fuzz offers guitarists of all skill levels an amazingly versatile and easy-to-use fuzz pedal.
