The Shure VP89L is a professional shotgun microphone with a high-quality preamp with RF immunity that guarantees a clean and crystal-clear signal. This microphone has a discrete and modular design that is easy to connect to a camera or boom arm, making it well-suited for AV productions where the recording equipment needs to be kept out of shot.
VP89L premium shotgun microphone
This VP89L is designed for situations where there's a large distance between you and the relevant sound source - sporting events and wildlife documentaries, for instance. With its very narrow pickup angle, this mic 'looks' straight ahead and far away, effectively ignoring any sound outside of its viewing angle. Furthermore, the internal low-frequency roll-off and switchable low-cut filter give you enhanced control over the eventual sound. Finally, with its sturdy construction, the VP89L is very easy to transport and excellently suited for outdoor applications.
