General
The Rode NTG4 is based on the renowned NTG1 shotgun microphone and - whether you mount it on a camera or boom pole - you can create great professional speech recordings with this directional microphone. This phantom-powered model is characterised by low noise and three handy buttons: high pass, pad and boost! If you switch on the high-pass filter, the NTG4 will ignore all frequencies below 75 Hz, so that ambient noise is ignored!
NTG4: practical and reliable
This sensitive and highly directional super-cardioid condenser microphone features a robust metal construction, making it fit for intensive indoor and outdoor use. If a sound source's level is too high, you can press the pad button of the NTG4 to attenuate the input sensitivity by 10 dB. It can be connected to a mixer via the XLR connector. A windshield, durable sleeve and microphone clip are included.
