Roland's VT-4 Voice Transformer has a whole range of effects designed to make your voice truly stand out. It's extremely easy to use and can be powered by 4 AA batteries as well as USB. It's more compact and lighter than its predecessor and includes pitch shifting, a harmonizer, hard tuning and a vocoder among its effects. The fact that you can get such top-quality pitch and formant effects without a computer is nothing short of liberating especially as it's easy to adjust everything in real time while you're singing. The VT-4 is not just for singers either: YouTube broadcasters, podcasters and gamers can all make use of its awesome effects too.

The Roland VT-4 Voice Transformer: MIDI Control and Easy Operation

Thanks to the MIDI input, the VT-4 can be connected to a MIDI keyboard or synth that can then be used to control the auto-pitch, harmony, and vocoder engines in real time according to the notes you play. You can also hard-tune your voice to match the notes you play as you sing and make harmonies that match the chords you play. To give your voice even more dimension, reverb and delay effects are included too and everything is easily controlled using dedicated knobs, buttons and slide controls.

Echt een toffe vocoder. Zeer coole sounds als je hem door de vocoder van de kp3 laat lopen! Wat ik echt een gave optie vind is de harmony knop, die de vt3 niet had. Ook is hij een stuk kleiner, imo ook mooier. Door de batterijfunctie is hij ook makkelijk bij een djset te zetten.
