General

This edition of the hybrid D&R Airmate-8 analogue/digital broadcast mixer comes equipped with a Telco module and a VoIP module on channels 7 and 8 instead of the standard RJ11 inputs. This ultra-reliable, radio-focussed desk offers a clear and intuitive overview; seamless switching between music playback and phone calls; and full support for conducting interviews and running the show. The first six channels take both microphone and line-level sources, and since they're able to supply +48 Volt phantom power, they're compatible with virtually any microphone. Stereo AUX sends and returns provide more connection options, and further features include a headphone output with a split-control function, a cue preview function, as well as ducking and talkback functions.
