Dit is de beste opvolger van de MK 1200 II. De Grand Class is veel te duur. Ik heb de MK 1200 II 35 jaar in gebruik als DJ en nu thuis. Mijne is na 35 jaar opgefeest en ga nu mij de MK7 aankopen met een Ortofon Concorde naald. De unieke combinatie voor weer 30 jaar genot.

Draaitafel zelf is top en heel licht, werkt echt even goed als de vroegere MK2's.
Het enige nadeel is dat er geen scharnieren zijn voor de stofkap.. Nu moet ik zelf gaan boren in de achterkant van de behuizing. Niet onmogelijk, maar het zou toch een meerwaarde geweest zijn als de gaatjes daar voorzien waren.

Ben geen muzikant, maar luister heel graag muziek in mijn luisterkamer. Alleen de door mij gewenste platenspeler Technics SL1200M2 was nergens meer te koop, behalve voor véél te hoge prijs of 2e hands uitgewoond tot ik ‘m toevallig hier zag voor een aardige prijs! Heb hier al eerder spul gekocht van Sehnheiser. Nu nog een top pickup element er bij zoeken, dus doe mij die waardecheque maar🤩🥳

De SL1200 mk7 is een heel stuk lichter en voelt minder robuust aan dan de mk2, maar het blijft een SL1200, dus onevenaarbaar.
Klein minpuntje is dat er geen scharnieren voor de stofkap aan zitten, persoonlijk vind ik dit niet zo'n groot probleem, maar het was een waardevolle toevoeging geweest.
Aan een ieder die twijfelt voor welke draaitafels hij/zij zou moeten gaan: ga hoe dan ook voor de SL1200!

Dit is de beste dj draaitafel op de planeet!
Spijtig dat er geen scharnieren op de kap gemonteerd staan en dat is soms lastig om die prachtige stofkappen veilig weg te leggen.
Heeft geen invloed op kwaliteit maar daar zouden ze misschien een set voor moeten maken die je kan monteren.
Mijn tweede Technics die ik dit jaar gekocht heb bij Bax en zoals altijd toplevering en service!
